DO NOT USE “Edit in Context” Option
While editing the CMS content blocks, please do not use the “Edit in Context” option from the editing menu (first option as you right-click within the content block), instead use “Edit” (see below). If you use “Edit in Context” you will get an error message, and will temporary remove the text of the content block from the page and replace it with the following error text:

To restore the content, please refresh your page by pressing on the browser refresh button or by pressing on F5 key.  Once the text is restore proceed with edits by selecting the “Edit” option from the editing menu.

We are working with the vendor on finding a resolution to this problem.
