Activities during the summer 2007included dinner at the house of the college president, sporting events and group photos before the closing banquet.
EOF Academic Achievement Awards 2007
Every Year EOF Students are honored for their achievements, in and out of the classroom.
Alternative Spring Break 2007
Students have an opportunity to help others during what would normally be a time to take a break and relax during Spring Break.
Those Students that have chosen to take part in the alternative spring break usually find the experience fulfilling and often quite rewarding. In 2007 some EOF students chose to take part in the effort to help rebuild New Orleans after the devastation of Katrina.
