The George T. Potter Library, named for the founding president of Ramapo College, is housed in a four-story barrier-free building within the academic core. The library is open seven days a week during spring and fall semesters. Seating for more than 500 users and wireless access is provided throughout the building, as well as accommodations for students with physical disabilities.
Access to the Potter Library's catalog, online books, documents, and periodicals, and limited streaming video is available on a 24 hour basis at http://library.ramapo.edu. The print collection consists of over 180,000 volumes, and there are in excess of 3,000 video and DVD titles. The Library is also a designated New Jersey state documents depository.
