Mr. Marcus is assistant general counsel at KPMG LLP where he provides in-house counseling and representation in connection with all business transaction matters to the United States member firms of KPMG International.  Previously, he held positions with Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and Sills Cummis & Gross, PC. He serves as President of Ramapo College's Alumni Association's Board of Directors and is chairman of the KPMG Ramapo Alumni Chapter. Mr. Marcus received the College's President's Award of Merit at the May 2009 Commencement ceremony.
