Mr. Stahlmann is a Recruitment and Staffing professional currently employed at TIAA-CREF in NY.  He is responsible for the sourcing, screening and hiring of Asset Management, Risk Management and Product Development professionals.  Previously, Scott has held staffing management positions with SunGard Consulting Services, Prudential Financial, Ernst & Young as well as having owned a search firm.  In addition, Mr. Stahlmann has held local elective office and has served as Vice Chairman of the Northwest Bergen Utilities Authorities and as a Commissioner on the Bergen County Board of Elections.
