The Alumni Advisory Board of the Anisfield School of Business serves as an advocate for the School and advises and supports the dean. Board members support the students of the business school by participating in networking and career events, mentoring students and serving as speakers. Fran Hackett

Company: Prudential Financial
Bio: Fran initially began her education at Ramapo College in 1973, leaving in 1974 to join Prudential Financial and returned in 1976 to complete her degree. Her career at Prudential has been varied and has included Operations, Human Resources, Project Management, Account Management and Compliance. Fran credits the combination of both a business and liberal arts education as providing her with the flexibility to successfully move between various functional areas in the corporate environment. She is currently the accountable executive for Prudential's largest group client and oversees support for the sales and account management area. She has remained active at Ramapo College and currently serves on the Board of Governors and as Chair of the School of Business Alumni Advisory Board.
George G. Rupp

Title: Vice President, Private Wealth Advisor
Company: Merrill Lynch & Co.
Bio: George is a professional downhill skier turned investment banker turned private banker. At Merrill Lynch's Private Banking and Investment Group in NYC, George currently focuses on investment advisory for ultra high net worth clients, and on film and aviation finance. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch's private bank, George worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers' Corporate Finance and Restructuring Group, Merrill Lynch's Global Energy and Power Investment Banking Group, and Morgan Stanley's Private Client Services Group. Before starting his Wall Street career, George also worked at Meldisco, a Footstar company, in Mahwah, NJ. George grew up in Budapest, and raced for the Hungarian National Alpine Ski Team competing in the Europe Cup racing circuit. After moving to the U.S. in 1990, he received a B.A. degree in International Business from Ramapo College, and a few years later an M.B.A. degree in Finance from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
James E. Jaworski

Bio: Honorable Discharge, USAF, 1979. Attended Ramapo College and New York Law School with Veteran's assistance under the G.I. Bill. Admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York, 1985. Law practice focuses primarily on land use development and real estate matters. Happily married to Michele with one child, Michael. Member of the Board of Trustees, West Bergen Mental Healthcare, Member and Past President, Bergen Highlands-Ramsey Rotary. Adjunct, Ramapo College, BBAD.
John G. Brewster

Bio: John Brewster has over 30 years of broad financial and business experience on both a corporate and personal level. He has an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is a Senior Vice President, Advisory & Brokerage Services, Senior Portfolio Manager, Portfolio Management program with UBS Financial Services, Inc. of Paramus. John and his wife Kathleen are life long residents of Mahwah and have two grown children, Randy and Darrell.
Meena Joisher

Company: UPS
Bio: Meena Joisher joined Ramapo College in 1989 not knowing English language. She started with ESL classes and went on to receive her bachelor's degree in 2 1/2 years. Her love of learning drove her to get her master's in 1 1/2 years while working full time and taking care of her family. She quickly rose to the top in UPS with her hard work and passion to work on challenging projects. She has been with UPS since 1993.
