• Introducing nascent scholars to the fundamentals of management and business
• Guiding students through conception to birth of the new business, and demonstrating the impact of innovation on the success of business start-ups and within corporate
• Relaying to students the importance of planning long-term projects and thinking critically about significant issues, and the joy of discovering phenomena.

Research Interests:

• The role of innovation and entrepreneurship in the networked world
• Senior management's role in encouraging corporate innovation
• Developing pedagogically-sound innovation and entrepreneurship programs
