The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is the most widely used instrument in personality profiling. The instrument was developed in the 1940's based on Carl Jung's theory of personality type. Tthe instrument is comprised of 93 forced choice questions constructed to determine your preference in certain situations. The MBTI is an assessment that looks at how we process information. It is designed to assist you in understanding what your preferences are and how they interact with other types. When taking this assessment do not worry that there is a right or a wrong in responding to the statements. Be relaxed and be yourself!

The Strong Interest Inventory focuses on workplace personalities using the Holland Code model as researched and developed by John Holland, a leading career theorist. The Holland Code is used to illustrate the kinds of work in which a person might be comfortable. This instrument compares a person's interests to people who are successfully employed in a wide range of occupations who share similar interests. It also matches one's skills and interests to specific jobs, careers, occupations, and college majors.
