Say good bye to confusion forever. More importantly, it makes sense to evaluate ALL your unit resources when doing your planning. By not doing so you may fall into the trap of setting “unrealistic” goals for your unit.
Hmmmm, I have personnel to support this objective or that is not a realistic objective because I do not have the support. I need an additional staff member if I am to get this done so I will note that in my Budget Request.

- ANNUAL REPORTS FOR FY2009
- BUDGET REQUESTS FOR FY2011
- EMPLOYEE EVALUATIONS (although not completely in sync and are not due November 6th)
- WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEY ARE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PLANNING AND BUDGET PROCESS
