Mission and Goals The Office of Institutional Research and Planning (OIRP) serves all segments of the College community (including faculty, staff, students, administration, and trustees), the wider higher education community, and the general public. OIRP serves the College community by collecting, analyzing, and disseminating information required for planning and evaluation. The latter two populations are served by OIRP through its external reporting functions. The mission of the Office of Institutional Research and Planning (OIRP) is to conduct a program of institutional research designed to both inform campus planning and evaluation activities and to satisfy public demands for accountability.
