Participants are expected to follow the rules associated with all residents and visitors of the building. The lounge is smoke-free and alcohol-free. The person responsible (indicated below) accepts full responsibility for any costs that may result from the meeting or event that will take place in Laurel Hall, during the time used.

* The Lounges, Screening Room and/or Kitchen will be returned in the same condition as when your event began. If you are using the kitchen, you will be required to participate in a thorough inventory of its supplies prior to your use. All items used must be returned, cleaned and in the same working condition.
