WELCOME
Welcome to the Ramapo College of New Jersey Web Wizard. The Wizard program will help you build a fully-functioning Web site in less than an hour. Once you have activated your Web Wizard Account (see below), you will be able to build a Web site that includes a home page, faculty profiles, adjunct faculty profiles, resources/links, photo gallery, and general information pages.

NEW ACCOUNT ACTIVATION
If you are a first time Web Wizard user, please complete the online registration form below Use your existing Ramapo College e-mail address as your USER NAME. Please remember your user name and password for future visits so that you can update your archived Web site.

PREPARATION
Prepare content for your Web site prior to beginning the Web Wizard program. Files should be saved in any popular word processing program. The content in your word processing files can be copied and pasted into existing Web Wizard content blocks.

NEW HOME PAGE
After login, first time users will be taken to the new user registration page and then, once completed, to the new user home page template. Please be prepared with information about your office location, your office hours, any personal information you might want to share with visitors, a list of Ramapo College Web sites you would like your page to link to and the address of new personal Web sites you would like to link to.

Once the content of the new home page template is completed, please select “submit and preview” so that you can view the completed page. If you are satisfied with your efforts, select “back to editing controls.” If you would like to make additional changes to the new home page, select “edit” and make your updates.

EDITING CONTROLS
Those with existing Web Wizard accounts and those with new accounts should use the “editing controls” page for all site additions and updates. You can select and edit your home page, add a new Web page for a class, or add a new general information Web page. Once these pages are created, you will be able to edit or delete them from the “editing controls” Web page.

COMPLETED WIZARD WEB SITES
Once the construction of your Web Wizard site is complete, you will be able to link to a live version of your Web site. Please review the "Live" site, if you are satisfied with the site or wish to make minor changes, you should use the "Back" button on your browser to return to the Wizard Web Site.

If the site is complete, and you wish to have it linked from the main Ramapo Web site, please complete the notification form on the Site Finalization page including your name, phone extension and site number.
